These terms cover your use of Inkstream, made by Slowpond ("we").

Using the app

Inkstream downloaded from the App Store is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few plain words to it; if the two ever disagree, Apple's agreement applies to the App Store version.

You may play Inkstream for your own personal, non commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its puzzles, artwork or music.

Purchases

Inkstream has no purchases, subscriptions or ads.

Your progress

Your progress is kept on your device and, if you use it, in your own iCloud. We cannot see it or restore it for you, so deleting the app or using Reset progress removes it for good. See the privacy policy.

Apple services

Game Center and iCloud are provided by Apple under Apple's own terms.

No warranty

We make Inkstream with care, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, placeholder].
